97 accord modifications

whats the simplest ways to add horsepower to my 97 accord ex??

exhaust ,header,intake then after that h22a swap

why waste your money on IHE, just save for the H22.

he asked for a simple way I listed them in that order as a h22a swap is expensive then if your in cali like I am the h22a gets more trickey as only motor with low miles is a h22a4 99 prelude and that swap has alot of issues to do job right and using the P5M ecu all the obd2 stuff has to work right

I/H/E will cost you anywhere from $500-$1000... and the $500 will more then likely be all no name crap from ebay. "Fastest" way or "the most for your buck" is definetly Nitrous. You can get a kit from Zex which I used to have for about $500 and add up to 75hp instantly. You will have to change out a few things like iridium spark plugs, make sure your timing isn't advanced etc, etc... but definetly Nitrous. After that... get the H22 and hook the Nitrous up to that too! :iceslolan

Doing the same thing to my 97 accord ex... as you are changed all the original parts like intake exuste and headers you will notice that your power starts to more up into the higher rpms... after putting on my osx headers i couldn't chirp in 2nd as well as befor but i did notice a difference in my top end... also get some cams... my buddy has a g20 with a primera swap w/ intake headers and catback and we are pretty even... next thing is a remus muffler and a costum cat back.. than cams... h22a is nice, but its another 2k-4k. i think imma just get a lil turbo that boost 6lbs... nothing to flashy... and that dosn't sound like rice is my moto. remus is a nice lil sounding muffler get that...

theres so many possible ways... h22a is the best way to go but man there are hundreds of thing you can do to gain mad horsepower!!!!!!!!!!!!!
