Best intake and exhaust on a budget

I am a new owner of a 2001 tahoe, and I would like to know what is the best intake and exhaust being that I am on a budget. I have the 5.3 engine.

I got Thru duals, FlowMasters on my 97Tahoe2dr. It ran me $400 but yours might be alittle more. I plan on makin my own filter box as soon as I get my Accord painted. (the K&N filter I need for my design cost $100+) Oh FlowMasters are the best sounding I think.
