shift cable adjustment

i've looked all over for instructions on how to do this...came up with nothing :( hopefully someonne can help me out...as most of you probably already know, i installed my B&M short throw a few days ago. well it's a little hard shifting to 1st and reverse sometimes. i need to know how to properly align/adjust these cables on a 2g turbo...i found directions for a 1g but they're not much help...

It will be very sticky for a while, it need to break in.
