depends on how big the turbo is (im assuming your talking about a turbo), but its like 10bhp per 1 psi on an average sized (i dont know what size for sure tho) but as you get bigger the numbers are bigger, but it will spool later...

it all depends on how you have your engine tuned, theres no true answer involved unless you know the specs and are good with math and thats not accurate all the time either.
