headers and horsepower

Currently own a 1996 honda del sol, with following modifications. V-tec Field controller, cat back exhaust, Mugen ECU chip, secondary exhaust pipes have been modified. Currently puts out 127bhp at the wheels, approx 152hp at the flywheel (7000) revs.
Couple of questions. Standard crx del sol's supposed to produce 160hp at 7600 revs at the flywheel. I wonder how much horsepower I am losing at the wheels. Currently have seventeen inch wheels on car , ? standard 15" wheels.
Secondly, I am having great trouble chasing headers in Brisbane Australia.
Any help appreciated.

it sounds like you've had ur ride dyno'd? why didn't it run up to the 7600 rpm? because that is ur peak point, therefore you may still be running closer to the stock 160 hp than the numbers at 7000 rpm are showing. your exhaust system and ecu will help free up a bit of power, but the car is over 8 years old, so as time goes on, the h/p trq numbers are going to drop off of the motor. on a fwd car the standard power loss is can range from 10-25% to the wheels, (once again this will depend on the condition of the motor ie: how many "hard" miles are on it, how well you do your scheduled maintenience etc...)
honestly, the best bet for the header would be to try and find a dealer online that will ship to your parts.
hope this was of some help.
