shadow wont start

hello. i'm stumped. i have a 2.2 dodge shadow that cranks but wont fire. if i pour gas in the throttle body it will fire until the gas gets used up. i replaced the fuel filter and no luck. i dont have voltage to the fuel pump at both the pump and the fuse panel (fuse is good). i then replaced ASD relay and i get the same dissapointing results. (i checked for voltage with the key in the ON position). what else can i look for? please help!
