Please Help!!

I am having trouble taking off the door panel on the driver's side of my 89 BMW 535i. Is there a trick. I took off the screw of the handle. And I have it have off and it is hung up on something. Please help me!

E34............see a post for the rear panel on a wagon I wrote a week ago or so, for the front door, you'll need to remove the speaker and it's plastic housing, the rest is the same as a rear door.
