When I picked up my car, I decided it was fast enough as it sat, and I wasn't going to do any mods.

Yeah right.

This far, all I have done is an Apexi induction box/filter, and the apexi hayabusa exhaust, along with wheels and tires. I have the Defi Link meter system whic permits you to replay you peak boost, etc. Boost stock was about 1.1 bar. With the induction box I pulled 1.3. Now, I just checked and I got a whopping 1.4+Bar with no EVC mods whatsoever. I do have the Ti turbine, but still, That seems an awful lot of boost for stock ecu settings....(thats nearly 20.5 psi)

What do the other EVO (7) owners here hit?

normal with your mods the car does ~19.5 stock, exuast will lower the back presure behind the turbo and can raise the boost 1-2psi

With my S-AFCII, all else stock, I held at 19psi on my '04 EVO VIII. Max boost came on at 3500rpm. When I added my exhaust I am now hitting 21psi max boost, and spooling up to max boost at 2800-3000rpm.

That is still with the stock airbox.

I hit just a measely 0.9 bar on my Lancer GSR .... could boost to 1.2 bar but without mods in the combustion, fueling and oil + cooling... I don't dare....

I have now added an RMR intake and filter, and my boost is still the same, peaking at 20.5-21, then tapering off to 16 or so.

By the way, as the thread title reads, what is the peak RPMs you've seen. The highest I've recorded is about 7656 RPMs on my S-AFCII.
