new 350 overheating

I have a 1983 k5 blazer that origionally had a 6.2 in it. Over the last week i have installed a brand new 350 in the blazer. Now the problem if you run at lower speeds everything is great, but if you get above about 45 mph, then the new motor overheats very quickly. There is a holley 600 on top.
