Rough Idle

Hey got a 95 truck 5.2L w A/T with a rough idel its either on start up after sitting a few days or after a run on the interstate. Does not do it all the time its real erratic its driving me nuts. New plugs wires cap rotor fuel pump even did the spark plug reroute (by the way did help the fuel ping some but still does it any IDEAS??) no codes either took it to a shop they cleaned the T.B. and checked the IAC said it was fine??

The IAC may not be fine.
(it's cheap enough, just replace to be sure)

Wrong spark plugs will do this (too cold a plug).

Clogged/Clogging Catalytic converter.

BAD fuel (water or other contaminates)

And, as a last ditch effort, your head gaskets may be going bad. Check the compression.
