Hey everyone here is my problem:
My car starts to stutter or hesitate when it reaches driving temperature.
About 10-15 minutes into my driving, when I press on the gas pedal it feels like there is no power and it jerks.
Ive changed wires, roto, cap, plugs and feul filter but problem persists. Help.

have you thought about the injectors ? also check the fuel rail.
if not, try messing with the ignition timing (ONLY if you know wut you're doing)

I think my problem has to be heat related because it start either when my car reaches driving temperature or from the start on a hot day. Any takers?

Have you looed at the coil for cracks, spray it with water & see if the problem gets worse.

Try tighteniing the distributor nut, my boyfriend had that problem in his '97 Jetta GLS and the timing was off too.

Pull each plug wire from the distributor cap (one at a time) & look to see if there is any deterioration. How long since the ignition parts were serviced?

Buy a new gas cap.
I had the same problem with my '94 GL. I tried everything aswell and then someone told me about a gas cap problem, where the gas cap doesn't allow air into the tank, resulting in a vacuum in the tank, and various symptoms upstream from there. I usually felt the stutter when it was hot outside (>20°C).
I haven't felt one stutter since I replaced the gas cap!
good luck.
