Washer Motors Quit

It seems that both of my washer pumps have stopped working on my 2000 GC. I have been told that these pumps do not have fuses or a way to reset them. True? If so, then I suspect that I will have to replace the whole windshield washer reservoir. Does anyone know how to remove it? It doesn't look as if it comes out that easy.

Do they spin but not pump water? If so, they're probably plugged. I had this problem and was able to clean them out and reinstall them. On a '96 model they just pull out of a rubber grommet and then push back in. Mine were plugged with an orange goo that I'm pretty sure settled out of the Rain-X washer fluid.

my from windshield washer barely comes out anymore on my 96 Caravan. I check the levels and I'm almost full. Could clogged up lines cause that? or is it the pump? How do I check/fix that?
