i have 17 inch club lineas on my 94 elantra with intrax springs the ride was all good but i still had a little gap between the tire and fender so i go my springs cut and the height was perfect until it settled in about a month later and then the rubbing began i was told to maybe get my fenders rolled in but its not the outside that is rubbing its the inside... i was also told to get a steering lock device but i dont know where to get one from i need help on that.. but what i will probably do is get another set of intrax springs and see if that solves the problem but i still need all the help i can get

Rolling the fenders is a procedure performed to the inside wheel well and fender opening lip. This gives a little more clearance...sometimes just enough to clear...however the real intention is to prevent the lip or (seam) of where the fender meets the wheel well from gouging your tires by smoothing/flattening out the surface/lips/seams....whatever term your used to hearing. This is not a cosmetic appearance procedure.

If I remember correctly you cut your springs...yes in this case you maybe too low and should consider just buying lowering springs...however maybe you just bought rims with the wrong ET and offset...

If you buy lowering springs don't forget to replace your bumpstops and check your steering lock to lock. If you turn your steering wheel to the lock (End) position in either direction....do your wheels rub or hit anything that's part of your car?...Then you either need to adjust your steering lock position or add a secondary steering lock device. Caution...this will alter your turning radius. Never had to buy a lock for a Hyundai...BMWCCA practically hands these out to club members. about $6 for the set.
