grounding kits (+ or -)

i've heard mixed reviews on grounding kits. from what all i've heard, it seems to depend on what car you have to whether or not you'll gain anything. anyone know if it makes any difference at all on an eclipse? also, is there any real philosophy to the kits/wires or is it the same as just adding extra ground wires everywhere?

There is a philosophy, and cars with poor grounding stock can benefit from it, as it cleans the electrical signal. For our car's, I suggest that you syat away from it until you are producing massive power. Then it will be beneficial.
