front clip repair

I recently got a decent front clip from a local junk yard, it has a split in the lower right half a few inches long (alot better than my original). I was wondering what would be the best thing to use to patch it up. I can work fairly well with bondo, but I've never used it on this polyurethane-like plastic stuff before. Anyone have any recomendations? Good web sites on this? I'd appreciate any help you can offer.

Thanks in advance,
Greg M

Use fiberglass bondo instead of the regular stuff. The rest is still body filler 101.
