Hi guys...
This is a bad experience of mine....I hope people reading this will
not get conned by this online AMSOIL dealer.
On the 10th July this year, I paid $63.00 to Automotive Lubrication
Online (http://www.bestsyntheticoil.com/amsoil/). This is to purchase
for some AMSOIL oils. Till today, I have not received any thing from
AMSOIL.
I have sent him 4 emails and this dealer has not replied anything.
However, before I sent them the money, Michael Kaufman (President of
this online company) replied my emails very promptly. He calculated
the cost and everything and sounded very helpful. After the money was
sent, nothing was heard from him.
So please guys. I got burned.....and hope this is a lesson to all.
Thanks
Vin

Vin,
I know you posted this comment long ago, but I thought, since someone just notified me of it's existence, I'd respond.
I'm not sure how things went wrong on your order. I have never intentionally misled a customer or tried to stiff them on product.
Somehow, I can only guess that your emails after the order were being filtered. Doesn't make much sense if your emails got through earlier, unless there was a particular word or words in your follow-up emails that were getting them filtered. Filters back then weren't nearly as sophisticated as they are now.
At any rate, if you're still around and happen to see this message, I'd love to know if you ever ended up getting this resolved or if I can "make it good" if not.
Very sorry for any "bad taste" this left in your mouth. It was completely unintentional, I assure you.
