will these wheels fit?

need help. want to change the look of my 86 z28 with new wheels. will 15x10s fit or will the fronts scrub when i turn? or could i use 15x8s up front and 15x10s on back or will that look stupid? i want to use deep dish wheels because i do not like these newer wheels that are almost flush. thanks for any help or any ideas.

I would think that someplace online would have this information like American Racing or something. If not, you could call your local salesman who will be able to look in his books to tell you.

i think they would rub when your turned.... actually im pretty positive they would....

what mm offset are they???

the 15x10s are -46mm and the 15x8s are -18mm

the offset on your Z28 is 0mm front and rear.. no offset! I dont think they'l work.. You can get spacers for them, but they're expensive


And your bolt pattern should be 5 on 4.75

It is not the width of the wheel as much as it is the offsett

He must have 4th gen hubs all around or something.. Cuz he told me he didnt use any spacers.. how is that possible?? I cant even get my rim on the car without rubber!?! and I have the same Z06's.. (mine are 17's all around)

If you go to a tire factory store that sells rims they can show you a list of what will fit on your car.. the camaros do not have a real wide selection like some other cars with a diff off set.... :banghead: Its a real drag

Hey guys thanks for info. Tried tirerack, they had 3 ugly rims. Any ideas about if I stayed with the 15x7 with 0 offset on the front and went with the 15x8 or 15x10s on back. Would the 8s be much of a difference or would the 10s be to much? I really just want to widen the rear because the factory 15x7s look so small. Thanks again.

9.5 is the widest you can go on the rear.

You should scrap the 15's all together.. Get a set of 16" Iroc wheels..They're 8.5's but you can get some pretty wide shoes on em'.. they look mean too.. There are even a few aftermarket company's that make the IROC wheels in 17,18,19, or 20"

yah was wondering why you were using 15's. Depending on your taste, make an offer (don't offer too much :P) to diablo... may be able to get some 16's cheap. Than again you've got a 3rd gen, so prolly nvm.
