question about speakers

after what seems like years of doing research i'm almost ready to buy some new speakers for my car. i'm thinking about mb quart components for the front and maybe infinity kappa for the rear. they will go into a 97 accord coupe.
first off, do you all think this would be an alright set up? i was also thinking of amping them with an alpine amp that pushes 40 watts rms.

second off, how hard is it to install component speakres? i've done a lot of regular speaker installs but never componment. how do i hook up the cross over and how would i go about mounting the tweeters? i'm a little nervous about cutting into my car to mount tweeters and i would like them to be flush so they aren't sticking out. do i hide the crossovers somewhere? if so where, behind the door panel? and do i run the old speaker wires to the crossovers?

would it be too hard for me to do or should i just get some nice sounding 2 ways for the front?

I would buy similiar speakers for front and rear. Most component tweeters come with a "cup" for flush mounting
