Clutch Or tranny prob?

about a few weeks ago my car started having alot of problems getting into 5th gear, it would grind like I didnt have my foot all the way down on the clutch which I did, but the problem went away once I "Double Clutched" meaning i would put the clutch in twice and pump it then put it in fifth gear. Any way about two days ago the car started having alot of problems getting into gear. I would start it up try to put it in first and the gear shifter wouldnt budge. When i tried to put it in reverse it would just crack and crickle and shit. Any way when I turn the car off put it in first then start it back up its fine it just grinds in fifth gear as usual. Any way this has been happening more and more and now sometimes the carwont even go into gear for awhile when IM in motion. BUt I just turn the engine off turn it back on adn its fine. Idk wtf is going on. I checked my clutch fluid its filled up adn theres no gunk or trash in it, the trannys new so idk wtf it is. Could it be the Slave Cylinder? or could it be the clutch? If anyone can give me some words of wisdom it would be most appreciated. Also the cars a 98 INtegra ls five speed. And also the gears dont pop out once the cars in gear. and it doesnt hesitate at all. When the clutch or what ever is wrong with it does fuck up you can actually feel the fly wheel spinning in the shift knob and feel it grind.

As Long As No One Has Opened Up The Trans You Can Just Rule That Out. Sounds Like The Clutch Is Not Disengaging. You Should Check The Slave For Any Leaks(pull Back The Rubber Boot). When It Starts To Act Up Have Someone Under The Car To See If Clutch Fork Is Moving While Pressing Clutch Pedal. If This Is Getting Its Normal Travel Then You'll Have To Bet On The Clutch.

Just to answer the questiopn quick.. its a synchro.. my friends car did it in 2nd so he just went to 3rd but if he went from 1st put it in neutral pushed the clutch down and went to 2nd it would be fine... its really not worth fixing cause how often do you use 5th gear? and when u do ur usually cruising soo just double clutch or let it grind if u got like a new tranny ur getting.
