'93 Regal rotor removal

Hi, my rotor is ground down on the outter edge to like 1/16 of an inch. Got a new rotor and new pads from autozone and pulled off the wheel.

Removed the caliper, but I can't get the rotor off, there's a semi-circular piece of metal that the caliper was in between that limits rotor play. How do I get the rotor off :(

The only way of keeping the car up is the spare tire jack and I need the car tomorrow for work, and Midas wants ~$500 dollars to do the job.

Figured it out, needed to remove the caliper housing which requires a T-60 star socket.
