Jack up and support the van with jack stands. Remove the front wheels. Once the wheels are removed use a torx bit to remove the bolts holding the calipers in place. Lift the calipers off the rotor and remove the pads. Push the piston back into the caliper with a c-clamp, replace the pads and put them back on in reverse order. Lube the bolts before replacing them with brake lube and tighten. Do the same for the other side. If the rotors are worn badly or are groved, have them turned at a machine shop or replace them with new ones. (If you buy cheap pads they will probably vibrate and squeal. Either buy shims or purchase some brake quiet to put on the back of the pads.) Don't forget to check the master cylinder for proper fluid level, refill if necessary. Put the tires back on, torque properly and you are back on the road. Simple as that!!!
