does a blow off valve or an exhaust system void the warranty on an evo 8?

i'd hardly doubt it does it already come with a bov?? and you can put the exhaust on and if something happens put the old one back on, thats what most people do anyway.

but can you take it in for service with say a exhaust and intake and still get service done?

it has a stock BOV, one of my friend just replaced his with a Forge Motorsports BOV and it sounds so sweet. I don't see why it would void the warranty unless it causes what ever problem you might take it in for. but if the sunroof stops working, they're not gonna void that warrty because of a BOV and/or exhaust. know what i mean?
They can only void the warranty on a specific part if they can prove that what ever specific aftermarket part caused the failure. Just check out the "Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act".
