Help Changing 95 LHS Side Rear View Mirror

Bought the part of ebay and need to swap it out with my existing one. A garage wants 50 bucks to do it. I'm assuming this can't be that difficult. Does anyone have this car or have worked on this car and messed with this at all to know if it's easy and how it's done?

It's electric by the way.

Update I heard I had to remove the door's inner panel...my guess is it's worth 50 bucks for someone to do it or is this easy ?
