Hey you guys I would like to make sure that I am not over looking anything when I attempt to do a master cylinder job on my little cousins first car. I have never really worked on imports but I figure the concept is the same. Any ways I was wondering when I go to change the M.C. do I just onbolt the two brake lines and the two bolts that hold the M.C. on to the powerbooster and just pull it out? I noticed on her car ( BTW it is a 86 accord two door lx) it has a resevoir with two wires on the cap. Will the new master cylinder have its own resevoir or will I have to remove the clamp that is holding the existing one on? Also is there a rod that enters the power booster once I remove the M.C. or is the rod on the power booster going in the firewall to the brake pedal? Sorry I have so many questions I am just trying to save her a few bucks (126.00 ) by doing it for her. Any advice or certain things I need to watch out for would be greatly appreciated. I would hate to make things worse than it already is. I just wish someone would reply (hopefully tonight) saying that it is a straight and forward job with nothing too serious to watch out for.
Thanks in advance.

autozone's website offers step by step instructions on how to work on older cars. Here's the link to changing MC on 86 accords http://www1.autozone.com/servlet/UiBroker?ForwardPage=az/cds/en_us/0900823d/80/0d/1e/2f/0900823d800d1e2f.jsp
