I got 2 questions

1) How much would it cost to get a 92+ Civic SiR HB over here to the US?

2) Do any of you know if i end up getting a SiR HB, if it would be illegal to drive with the steering wheel on the right side since we drive with it here on the left?

Well it would cost about $4000 US to buy it but I doubt anyone here can tell you how much it would cost to get it there, Id imagine it would be quite alot.

Again with teh legality of it I doubt anyone from NZ can tell you that eitehr, youd be better off asking people in America

you'd be better buying a Civic EX or something and dropping a B16A in it.
