I was wondering, if i could plugg off the stock return line on the Blow off valve and let blow off like an open BOV? my cousin said that it would produce a slight swhoosh sound, but i was wondering if it would hurt anything?

I think in theory you could do that. But the first problem that would arise is this:
Our cars don't react well to open BOVs. With any open BOV in our cars, they went the excess air to the atmosphere, not back into the intake tract. Now this air has already been accounted for by the MAS, so the ECU is still sending fuel to the engine to mix with this air that it 'thinks' is still coming. If this air is vented out to the atmosphere and not back into the intake and engine, then the car will run rich for a few seconds after every shift, and after every time you let off the gas after heavy acceleration. Without any Air/Fuel controller to monitor and tune this, or a Blow-through intake setup, this will hurt your performance. So if you want your car to be louder and run worse, then go for it. Personally I recommend getting an aftermarket closed-loop BOV like the GReddy Type-S, if you want a different sound. It is louder than stock, but not obnoxiously loud, and it will actually help performance.
