The oil adapter you are thinking of is the Golden Eagle,
http://www.goldeneaglemfg.com/str_vtec.html
However that is for your Oil Feed, to the turbo off the back of the block. You still need to tap the oil pan, for the oil return line.
Best way to do it, is to contact Stan @ Fast-Turbo.com and Ask for the Push Fit -10AN oil return line kit. I believe it is around $50.

Includes everything you need to do the install even the weld on fitting for the oil pan. Your drain flange must accept a 1/2" NPT Male, if you don't have it, he has one of those for like $ 20

This is the best way to do it, then you dont have to worry about your return line leaking or coming loose, once its all installed right.
Droping the pan, and having the metal fitting welded on, is not a real big job, you can let a welding shop do it, It will probably run like $30-50 for them to do it. Just make sure you put the fitting on as high up on the deep part of the pan as possible.
Good luck!
