horn, interior light, and no dinging noise

i got a used 02, in May. at the time when buying it i didn't notice that the interior light didn't come on when i opened the door. I also found out that there was no dingy noise when i left my lights on..and the damn horn will not work now..i tired changing the fuse but that didn't work, so i don't know what do to
