Tracker bog's

I have a 90 get tracker 1.6 LXI 4X4.

Had this problem for a while, starts fine idles fine, if you press on the gas real slow it rev’s fine if you hit the gas all at once, it bogs badly, changed the fuel filter, a gasket in the throttle body, cut the exhaust off and it still does it? I thought it was the catalytic converter plugged. What else could this be? Oh! And I noticed in the real cold, it won’t do it, but when it warms up it does it, even in the cold.
