turbo help

i was just wondering if there was any way to pass emissions with a turbo kit on your car.

hmmm.... factory turbos do it - i guess you can but youd be puttin out factory numbers. that was my goal at first - have 300 horse and pass emissions.... I'm sure it can be done.
