Blower motor

My blower motor ('96 Cutlass) is working in all switch positions, but it doesn't seem to be moving enough air. There's no blockage. Is there a resistor in the switch that may need replacing or is something else causing the problem?

The motor is very easy to remove.
Three screws and it will fall right out.
Before removing the fan motor, make sure there are no leaves under the hood where the intakes are (Under the wiper blades.).
Drop it and look into the compartment for leaves or any other obstruction. The squirrel cage could have come loose from the motor shaft. That is a fragile connection.
