knock sensor

Does anyone know if the knock sensor for the jdm b16a1 can be bought from any vtec motor out there. It seems like i found a question no one can answer.

I think you have or no one has tried it... head down to the honda dealer ship and be nice to the parts sales reps... then ask if the part numbers are the same on the knock sensors (such as the b16a1 with the d16y8). if they are not, then ask to see both of them if they're in stock, then physically compare them. sometimes the only difference could be the threading are, where as it could have the same 2 wires intead of the b16 having 4 and the d16 2....
