Tweaking for Power?

Does any one know how to tune or tweak a stock 86 B2000 carburated for more power? Thankyou

get a header and a webber and get rid of the catyletic converter and if you want you can find a performance reground cam on ebay for about 100 bucks and a 50 dollar core
