Just how hard is changing a 1.6 for a 2.0? I live in Canada so we never got 91-94 SE-Rs (Ugh). I was thinking about buying an engine from the US (how much would that cost?). But is it gonna fit with my manual transmission? And what else would there be to change? Would it take a long time?

Thanks,
T.M

i'd buy a front clip from japan. there is an importer in toronto that imports them, it should have motor, trans, wiring harness, ecu....ect...it will have every component you'll need. the cost will be about 1500 on up to 3000 american for a good clean setup. i did a motor swap for mine sr to sr and it took about 2 days about 8 hour days....if you dont have alot of experience then it'll take about a week, to get everything in and adjusted accordingly. its not hard, just take a little time thats all
