is this system good?

hey everyone, i've been savin up and buyin this system for the last year or so and finally ive got everything but i havent hooked it up yet. how good you guys think it'll be? what decibel reading you think i'll reach?
-Headunit-Alpine cva1004 hooked up to a ps2
-interior speakers-(4) 6.5'' (160w,40w rms) alpine type r's
-int. speakers amp-alpine mrpf240 (360w) amp
-subs-2 oz matrix elite (1000w,500w rms)each
-sub box-subzone vented 3.86 cu. ft. box
-subs amp-eclipse da6213 (1000w) amp
-capacitor-stinger sc201mnc (1 farad) cap.
-rca's-stinger rca's
-jl audio ditrobution block and 200 a. fuse
-jl audio (2 awg) wiring

someone from a local audio shop told me i'd keep right up with a friend of mine that has 2 jl audio w6's with 2 alpine v12 amps.
please respond with any thoughts about it and/or suggestions. thanks!
