i just got back from the tire place. they put my rims on and i'm really happy with them. they're kinda gun metal looking but have a polished lip.
here are some pics: they're Konig Theories in Opal Silver and are 19"x8" with fuzion tires. this is with my H&R springs and tokico illumina's. it's a 1.4" drop in the front and 1.3" in the rear.

thanks i like them a lot. i'm gonna tint my windows next with a nice smoke color. those pics don't do my rims justice. the gunmetal is very lusterous and shiny and when the sun reflects off the polished lip it looks like the rims are chrome. i'll get better pics for when i redo my sig.

I have a maxima SE.....i thought all of them came with plush interior

i also have an SE but i have all the options found on a GLE. i got an SE for the sportier suspension, wider rims, spoiler and best of all, the 6 speed tranny. nissan's good like that. you can get almost any option on any model, it's just a matter of price. some things you'll pay extra for on a GXE that are standard in a higher model. i also have dual power heated seats, heated steering wheel and heated side mirrors, aka the cold weather package.

here's a pic of my window sticker when i bought the car:

they almost look chrome from this angle:

and here's my friends car. he just finished restoring it. it's an 84 buick grand national. he replaced the stock 3.8 with a cadillac 4.1 and then bored it .20 over making it a 4.3. it's turbo charged intercooled and fast as all hell. i believe he says it makes around 420 whp at 14 psi and is capable of around 600 at 20-25psi:
i'll get more shots some other time, my battery died after i took these 2.

niiice whip......yeah mine is 2003....i thought they started makin HID headlights in the 2003 model..i didnt know they had it for the 2002 model...its nice....how much did u pay for it?

thanks i paid $20K june last year. i traded in my 95 maxima for it. they started putting the HID's in the maxima the same year they put the 3.5 which was 02. the 03's did get a few more doo-dads than us 2k2's, like the compass in the rearview mirror, and maxima kick-plates, plus the adition of the titanium edition. nothing too earth-shattering.

I really like the way those rims look. Makes your Max look more aggressive.

great choice on those rims and you didnt lower the car too much either. btw where I live (NY) HID lights are ripped right off cars in broad daylight especially on maximas because theyre easy to remove.

Get your windows tinted btw

yeah tints are definitely next. i'm also from NY,(our winters are the reason why i went with such a moderate drop) and i've seen my share of 5.5 gens with no headlights driving around, i've also seen a few Acura 3.2 CL's/TL's in the same condition. i have full coverage on my car. God forbid someone brutalizes my max for my headlights

eY BP, car's looking vey nice man. very nice choice of rims.
i was going to go with the same suspension setup on my 99. I decided to get a Rolex instead this summer and keep the car stock.
how do you like the H&R /illumina combo. are you happy with it?.. i may do it next spring.

i love it. i think the 4th gen H&R's offer a slightly lower drop than the 5th gens, so it'd be even better. the illumina's are great. when set at 2 front/3 rear, it feels almost totally stock, i set it a 4 all around and it stiffens it up just right. once you drop your car you'll realize how terrible the stock body roll is.

yeah, but do u think those courtesy Nissan brackets are fullproof?
no, in reality it just makes the thief have to do more damage to the car when trying to remove the headlighs.
