noisy power steering

Whenever I turn , no matter how sharp or with what load or speed, it makes a kind of groaning/ squeeking noise, http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/images/smilies/sly.gifbut is not hard or anything to operate. It seems to work just fine. If anyone knows what this could be any help would be appreciated.:banghead:

Its either a belt or you need fluid. But i'm sayin its the belt.
