Yes, Optima are the best, but expensive at like $120. I've always liked Duralast Gold(Autozone). They have a 5 year full warranty 8 year limited. Not to mention my good friend is a manager there so, hell, I'm covered for 8 years really.

I always liked the plastic ones with the metal posts or side posts that where full of some heavy shit.

the good ol' red optima has saved me so many times. like when my alternator went and i drove it for another 45 minutes home before the battery went dead, or all the times that i left my headlights on like a chick and the battery took the recharge like it was brand new. optima is worth the dough - i got one for my mom for christmas!
