91 civic dx to a d15 swap need help asap!!!

OK guys i need help asap please.I have a 91 civic hatch dx.Im goin to be swappin the motor for a d15 sohc v-tech.Now i know i need the ecu an wire harness.ALso is there anything else i need to do or change.an if the wire needs to be changed where can i get a book to show me what to change for the swap if u guyz could let me know asap thanx...

dx should have a d15 in it, just swap on a vtec head, it will be the same thing.

oo sorrie i must be a dumbass my badd this is my first honda i use to have a 90 celica alltrac turbo but ok what if i was to go with a newer d15 motor?cuz the one thats in mine is shot

for the most part it will just drop in, a few wiring changes for the vtec mostly. look up a mini-me swap guide for the wiring changes on the factory harness.

I'm doing that mini-me swap right now, and I've done all the research, if you keep your d15b2 block and put on the d16z6 vtec head, you will get a higher compression ratio than swapping the whole thing to the jdm d15b-thus more horsepower. Since you have a DX car, you have to do the DPFI-MPFI conversion, which is the biggest bitch. Since someone did mine, I have no idea how to do it, search the forums or net for a walk-through on MPFI conversion.
But once that is done, just get a VAFC (Vtec Air Flow Control) and go to this site...
