Your ride is equiped with an anti-theft system. The car shuts down if you try to start it without the key. Makes it hard for thieves to steal your car. If the car alarm guy is telling you its hard to install a remote start I would take it somewhere else. I wouldnt let him touch the car if he cant handle an easy installation. Your ride ride will be a regular hook up but will need the bypass module for your factory security. When you remote start the car from you keyfob the bypass module tricks the anti-theft system into thinking the key is in the ignition and your car will start.

I 2nd that above. Hondas are so simple to install a RS in. You just have to have the right bypass to get around the OEM theft system.

Honda is a very easy install. Find somebody else to install it.
