Replacing the original seats in my 81 4x4

Just found your forum. It looks great. Maybe you guys can help me out here. I need to replace both bucket seats in my 1981 4x4. My trucks a daily driver not a show truck and I'm not rich so I'm looking for an inexpensive solution. I've tried the local junk yards for similar years trucks but have had no luck. Will newer year model seats as in 85 and up fit without to much modification? Any suggestions would by highly welcome. 

did you have any luck on this? I want to do the same - I have 2000 Tacoma - great truck, but a two hour drive and my back hurts for a week!
