The timing belt should move as the engine turns over. It's connected to the crankshaft.

So what do you think i should do?COULD IT BE THE CRANKSHAFT OR WHAT?

If the timing belt doesn't move while the engine is turning over, the most likely cause is a broken timing belt.

the timing belt is fairly easyn when youve got the right patience, it just takes time couse youve got to force it on, jsut dont use a damn screwdriver, all your doing when you use a screwdriver is making the belt weaker. it may seem hard but you can force that on with your fingers.

Don't have to force it on, just retract the auto tensioner and then belt slips on with slack to spare.
