high/low lights problem

I just got this problem few days ago or maybe I'm not noticed about how the lights works, but I have a green light icon turned on in the dashboard on my Sub 99 (when the ignition is on and the daylights are on too), that indicator goes off when I turn on the lights with the switch. But also, the outside lights goes off too when I change to high beam position (just the inside lights are on). It is supposed to be the 4 lights on in the high beam position? also, what that green light on the dashboard means?

From what you posted, everything is working as it should.

That Green 'Icon' is to let you know that your Daytime Running Lights are on.

If you want all 4 lights to come on with your high beams, you can buy a kit through JC Whitnet for under $50.
