questions alarm system

I have a factory installed alarm system that is causing me fits. My present problem is that the alarm resets itself every time I start the car( three chirps). While driving it it will radomly reset itself (one to 3 chirps). Can anyone tell me how to disable the alarm system? My follow on question is can someone provide me with a wiring diagram as to how the alarm system is connected. Thanks in advance.
