ECU recomendations

What ECU would you recommend that would provide a noticable performance boost without damaging the engine for my stock high millage (237k) 89 civic DX? I've been looking around but I really don't know how they compare. Thanks for the input.

how hard is the mpfi conversion and how much are you selling it for?

the hardest part is wiring the injectors and resistor box. i will sell it for $125.

your giving up the distrib. intake mani, ecu...... wait wait everything required for a dpfi to mpfi swap for 125.00 ? thats a good price..... i suggest you take that becase you could end up paying twice as much if you were to piece it together individually.

The guy who sold me my mpfi setup included his chipped pm6, I'm pretty sure that's the stock Si ecu, anyone know?

would I need anything else besides what you'd send me to complete the conversion? any sort of extra wiring? this is a little off topic and may be dumb, but when you do something like a B16 swap, do you have to convert to mpfi first, or is fuel injection part of installing a new motor like that?

another question, is it ok to use the PG7 or the PM7 ECU on my d15b if I've done the mpfi conversion?

its ok but it will run really rich inless you do a cam or something.
