A Second Lift

As of now I have a 3 inch suspension lift on my 88 4runner. I want to put another 3 inch lift on top of that... What are my options for that. I know that I am going to need new shocks, but what else. If anyone knows of a lift kit that would work could they please post it here.

Thanks

I'm curious as to how you achieved a three inch lift.
I have an 88 also, and through my years of experience, the only thing available for this vehicle was a four inch lift or a four inch lift and if you wanted to get a little crazy you could get a four inch lift.

If you wanted to squeeze a little more lift, install bigger shackles in the rear and get some good aftermarket torsion bars for the front, mine are from "Downey Off Road". This method won't give you three inches but it should give you around two inches.

Another thing would be to install a body lift. I don't really like body lifts, but somethimes you have to do it. I've never done it.
