headlight conversion 94 civic

I have a 94 civic that i just got and my left headlight is significantly duller then the right. The headlight still works just it seems that only the bottom is lit. I have no clue what to do. Can some one help?

did you try taking the bulb out to take a look at it? is your headlight aimed too low? to test if it is aimed low park your car up close facing a wall and turn the headlights on. when you do this they should be at about the same height, if the left one is shining lower that could be your problem
