hey all.. my goal is fairly easy. i'm just wanting to b able to run 13's consistant. I havn't run it at the track yet, so i dunno what its runnin right know. i have a 91mr2Turbo.. all i have right know is a Apexi intake and a blitz dtt, which said i'm runnin 9.1psi. What is a good route to go? i'd like a tko dp and exhaust. but i dont' have th money right know. so i could just get the tko exhaust. I oculd also get a fcd and mbc and boost say 13psi. Also at this level, would alcohol/water injection b an bad idea? thanks alot, steve

As long as your car is healthy and your ignition pieces are fresh (Toyota Cap, Rotor & Wires ... good copper plugs), there is no reason you can not buy a MBC and run 15 psi.
You do not need to buy a FCD, although they are a good idea. You can get rid of FC for free, but then you will have NONE. The FCD allows you to raise the FC point.
Intake, exhaust, downpipe and 15 psi should be plenty to run 13s with good driving.
Water injection is good idea for turbos regardless of mod level.

You can 100% eliminate fuel cut by corking the vac line to the OEM map sensor next to the little 'diagnostic' box in the engine bay.
You will 100% eliminate fuel cut and also lose the function of your OEM boost gauge.
