centerforce/Daikin..Same??

I just purchased a centerforce 1 clutch and I noticed that it looks identical to my exedy oem relacement clutch. It even says daikin right on the pressure plate and clutch disk beside the centerforce sticker. Does anyone know if there is a difference between the two.? ThaNKS.
