can you remove the front bump stops and install new springs with a non mcpherson coil spring compressor? then re-install the bump stop?

did auto parts stores stop renting tools everywhere or is just the POS ones around here?

Check out an AutoZone. They have a lot of tools available for free. You simply give them a deposit and they refund it when you return the tool.

I live in a small town in the mountains and the only thing that is within 50 miles is a napa and a car quest. which dont rent or loan tools, one tryed to sell me a coil over spring compressor for $95 what a rip off.
